Most delicious find in Bolivar!! We were looking for a farm to table, higher end cocktail restaurant and bar on our way to the city. Thank goodness we stopped!! Homemade simple syrups, and creative menu items. Loved every single thing!! The atmosphere is just as wonderful as the fresh food and service. Support small business!!

Very cute sandwich shop in Bolivar Mo. I loved the bright, clean interior of the older downtown building with the high ceilings. Very comfortable. We all had different hamburger specialties. Mine was fried mushrooms swiss cheese and steak burger. Delicious. The best surprise was the sweet potato fries. They were crispy and really good!

Took myself out on a date to Basil & Bourbon tonight and was extremely satisfied with my meal. I ordered the Coffee BBQ Burger with a side salad, with Beer Battered Fries as an appetizer. Everything was cooked to order, perfectly seasoned, and so delicious! My server, Heather, was witty, wonderful, and very polite. She never let my sweet tea get low, and always came to my table with a smile. 10/10 I will be returning!

What a touch of class! Food was amazing and priced reasonable. Our waitress was very professional and courteous, along with the other staff that greeted us. Decor in the historic building was so elegant with its simplicity. A quiet place to visit without feeling rushed. We have passed this place up so many times, not in the mood for sandwiches. But they are not ordinary sandwiches. Amazing appetizers as well. We will come back regularly now.

Beautiful restaurant in downtown Bolivar, MO. Inside, elegant in an understated way. Delightfully clean restrooms. Food top notch, although I did only try a couple appetizers; with them as indicators, the entree's would be fabulous. Highly recommend the Lollipop Chicken appetizer. Double bonus for their nice selection of beer on tap including Hefe Weizen! Worth the trip.

Great little restaurant for a burger. We also got the spinach artichoke dip and the fried tortillas were amazing. Nice atmosphere a really cool building!

Wonderful restaurant. Prices were great. Drinks were great. Good and strong lots of flavor. Felt like adult drinks and not watered downed kool-aid. Food was very good. Had the fried chicken sandwich with blueberry bbq sauce. Was very good. Salad was good. Next time want to try the coconut shrimp salad. Went on Saturday and ate the other 1/2 of my sandwich on Monday. Bread was still nice and soft and sandwich was still very good. We will be back for sure. Thank you.

This is our favorite restaurant in Bolivar. We love the food and drinks. The blu bird fried chicken sandwich is my favorite. I really love their apps and salads too. The building has been restored beautifully and always has cute seasonal decor.
